Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1 English cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ small red onion (thinly sliced)

- ¼ cup fresh dill (chopped)
- ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Slice the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and radishes. Place in a large bowl.
- Add chopped dill and crumbled feta.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
